Drawing upon the ocean views, we designed this beachfront industrial office space with our take on warm minimalism. Natural woods, rich leather, and soothing blues pair with clean lines in an embrace of negative space for a boutique venture capital client.

Orienting the flow to allow for both private and public spaces within the small footprint, we devised a layout and ambiance convenient for hosting intimate gatherings as well as the business’s daily functions.
