After initial discovery, our work entails applying the client’s particular requirements and delving into floor plans and space planning considerations with architects. While the architect’s focus is often on the bigger picture and importantly focused on the exterior, the interior design team works through details and finishing touches, preparing interior elevations and millwork drawings, specifying hardware, paint finishes, appliances, and other interior surface materials.
We function as part of a multifaceted team including architects, builders, and craftsmen taking our clients’ homes from concept to creation. We work collaboratively with the contractor and their specialty trades during the construction administration phase to bring fine finishes and specialty design details to life.
