Our love for ombré walls in all their sunset-reminiscent glory just doubled—we've discovered the look is even easier to pull off than we first realized. Ombré wallpaper will always be a solid, low-lift option, but Portola Paints & Glazes recently pointed out to us that painting a color fade effect takes a lot less effort than you'd expect. Remember Samira Wiley and Lauren Morelli's white-to-blush bedroom walls? Well, that was a collaboration between Portola and designer Stefani Stein, and what looks like a half-dozen shades of pink was actually achieved with just two paint colors.
